When an account is first created, it cannot be used until it is activated.
We do this by sending the email address registered for the account an email containing a unique link which is valid for only 24 hours. This enhances security and makes sure that you have control of the email address registered for your username, which is important for the ongoing use of Vision and important communications.
When you click on the unique link sent to you, you will be prompted to enter:
- Your first name
- Your last name
- Your account password (view password requirements here).
Once these are entered, you will be able to activate your account and start using Vision.
