Vision Pricing Update for 2023

We are making changes to our package pricing for Vision. Most subscription packs will increase by 10% with some exceptions, as detailed below.

These changes will take effect from 1st July 2023 for all new and returning customers. For our existing subscribers with an active subscription, we're holding these price increases back until 1st October 2023.

Price changes by category

Feature Packs

All feature packs are increasing in price by 10%.

Country Data Packs

The price for each country is increasing by 10%, with some being higher as we look to standardise our pricing and bring each in line with the costs associated with providing them.

* For existing subscriptions to these packages taken before 1st July 2023, the price will increase to £55 GBP ($88 USD).

Supplementary Data Packs

* For existing subscribers of these packages, the price will increase to a lower value of £35 GBP ($56 USD).

FYN Packs

All FYN packs are increasing in price by 10%.

The cost of FYN queries above the limit provided by your chosen pack remains unchanged.

FAQ's

Why are your prices changing?

We recognise that price increases, albeit necessary, are never welcome. Unfortunately, the costs associated with providing our services continue to increase with (and sometimes above) inflation. These costs include (but are not limited to) web hosting, ongoing development, staffing costs, and boundary and demographic data costs.

To keep providing you with the best software, experience, and highest levels of service that you've come to expect from us, we must also increase our prices to cover those increased costs.

What is my price changing to?

We have sent an email to all organisation admin and billing contacts detailing the change in the subscription price for your organisation. You can also use your latest invoice with the above information to work out your new price. Existing subscribers should be cautious if using our website pricing page as we are applying discounts to certain packages for existing subscribers which will not reflect there.

Do I need to do anything?

No. We'll handle everything from our end. Your first invoice due on or after 1st October will reflect the changes, and if you pay by Direct Debit (UK customers only), we'll update this for you too.

What if I stop and start my subscription as I need it?

We aren't stopping the ability to dip in and out of your subscription. However, when you next restart your subscription, your subscription will be based on the new prices detailed above.
