Vision Pricing Update for 2024/25

We are making changes to Vision's package pricing.

These changes will take effect for all new and returning customers on 1 October 2024. For our existing subscribers with an active subscription, we're holding these price increases back until 1 January 2025.

Full details on each of the subscription packs can be found below.

Price changes by category

Feature Packs

All feature packs will remain at the same price.

Country Data Packs

The price for each country is increasing by £10 (approximately 9%).

* For existing subscriptions to these packages, which started before 1st July 2023 and are currently charged at £55 GBP ($88 USD), the price will increase to £75 GBP ($120 USD).

Supplementary Data Packs

We are maintaining the base price for the following add-on packs.

* For existing subscriptions to these packages, which started before 1st July 2023 and are currently charged at £35 GBP ($56 USD), the price will increase to £50 GBP ($88 USD).

FYN Packs

All FYN packs will remain at the same price.

The cost of FYN queries above the limit provided by your chosen pack remains unchanged.

Introducing annual subscriptions

After trialling annual subscriptions with a small group, we're pleased to announce that we're rolling annual subscriptions out as a choice for all customers.

An annual subscription gives you 12 months for the price of 11 in return for your commitment to us and a single upfront payment. In fact, for most customers whose prices are increasing by an average of 8%, an annual subscription can mean your annual price for 2025 is less than 2024!

FAQ's

Why are your prices changing?

We recognise that price increases, albeit necessary, are never welcome. Unfortunately, the costs associated with providing our services continue to increase with (and sometimes above) inflation. These costs include (but are not limited to) web hosting, ongoing development, staffing costs, and boundary and demographic data costs.

To keep providing you with the best software, experience, and highest levels of service that you've come to expect from us, we must also increase our prices to cover those increased costs.

What is my price changing to?

We have emailed all organisation admin and billing contacts detailing your organisation's subscription price change. You can also use your latest invoice with the above information to determine your new price. Existing subscribers should be cautious when using our website pricing page, as we are applying discounts to certain packages for existing subscribers, which will not be reflected there.

Do I need to do anything?

No. We'll handle everything from our end. Your first invoice due on or after 1st January 2025 will reflect the changes, and if you pay by Direct Debit (UK customers only), we'll update this for you, too.

What if I stop and start my subscription as I need it?

We aren't stopping the ability to dip in and out of your subscription. However, from 1 October 2024, when you next restart your subscription, it will be based on the new prices detailed above.
